Strategically positioned at the crossroads of Victoria, New South Wales, and South Australia, we access premium saltbush lamb, goats, and mutton from one of Australia’s most lucrative livestock regions. Our fully integrated processing plant, backed by significant recent upgrades and extensive expansion plans, delivers the highest quality Australian meat to over 30 countries worldwide.

FULLY INTEGRATED PROCESSING PLANT

Our purpose-built Mildura facility represents the culmination of 40 years of industry knowledge and commitment to excellence. Spanning 150 acres with direct access to Melbourne and Adelaide ports, the facility features a skin-off and skin-on slaughter floor, boning room, blast freezers and a holding freezer, making it a fully integrated small-stock processing facility . Our team of 100 dedicated staff, drawn from a regional population of 60,000, benefits from low turnover and exceptional expertise, ensuring every order receives the attention and quality it deserves.
